Seriously, though, I love how real this Orlando feels, from beginning to end, and how everything is a natural progression for him.
This might be my favorite Orlando. Well, this one & the Southern Comfort one, for different reasons.

They're boys becoming men and men acting like boys because they're thousands of miles away from home, playing dress up, and damn it, they can get away with it.
Which is precisely what I was aiming for. No drama, nothing contrived, just boys being boys because they CAN be. *g*
