I love domestic bliss fic but sometimes they're really hard to write. Because writing about two people cooking dinner or watching TV can be hard to make interesting. When it's done well, it's awesome. When it's not it feels pointless.

But what amuses me is that sometimes the best smut, the stuff that somehow hits me emotionally (and it can be any type of smut, it just works or doesn't), leaves me imagining the blissfully domestic moments. And that's my happy place, when the domesticity is in my head.

I need to work on some more Jensen/Chad. I've got some stuff started. :)
